Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup self-rising flour
2 small or 1 large can of peaches or mixed fruit.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a 13x9 inch pan.
Pour in fruit; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar and milk until well blended.
Pour on to fruit mixture.
Stir around to spread mixture just a little.
Bake for 1 hour or until brown.

Pretty tasty! Instead of canned fruit, I used about 16 cups sliced fresh apples covered with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Yum-o!
