Ingredients
2 boxes Strawberry Junkit (found in the Jell-O aisle)
3 quarts fresh strawberries
3 1/2 cups water
3 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
16 ounces Cool Whip
1 angel food cake
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine Junkit and water, stir and allow to boil for 1 minute; stirring constantly.
Set aside to cool.
Wash and cut the tops off strawberries, slice strawberries. Set aside.
Combine pudding with milk and beat until blended. Add Cool Whip and beat that until blended. Set aside.
Cut or tear cake into bite sized pieces and place cake in a 9x13 ungreased cake pan.
Spread cake to cover bottom of pan, spread pudding mixture over the cake until it is covered completely.
Add strawberries to Junkit and mix until strawberries are coated, spread the strawberry mixture over pudding.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
