Ingredients

3 cups sugar
dash of salt
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter

Directions

  1. Butter baking pan or dinner plate.

  2. Combine sugar, salt, cocoa, and milk. Cook on medium-low heat. Bring to boil. Add butter and vanilla.

  3. Form soft ball. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter. Beat until partially firm.

  4. Pour into prepared pan.

  5. Cool for about 10 minutes.
