1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large bowl gradually combine all ingredients - beat until well mixed.
Roll the dough into small balls.
Place them on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
These are tasty cookies, have a tiny peanut butter cookie taste and feel to them. However they aren't really anything like peanut butter balls since they flatten into tiny cookies as they bake.
