1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can diced green chilies, drained
1 small chopped onion
8 ounces Italian salad dressing
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with chips and enjoy.
Add green onions, fresh parsley and fresh crushed garlic and eat with tortilla chips!

Very easy to make. Everyone who has eaten it loves it. I have made it once a month since last october.

Yum! This is very delicious. It makes an excellent dip for parties year round. It made about 6 cups, so there's a lot to share.
