Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 pound thinly sliced Genoa salami

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together, except salami.

  2. Spread mixture on salami slices and stack five slices high.

  3. Refrigerate stacks until firm.

  4. When ready to serve, cut each stack into 6 wedges and serve on toothpicks with pickled onions.

These are pretty good. I didn't particularly care for the pickled onions on top, but overall it was good. It made about 3 dozen triangles.
