Ingredients

2 cups self-rising flour (sifted)
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Wesson oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 small jars baby fruit (plum)
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Do not preheat oven.

  2. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Put batter in tube pan.

  5. Bake in cold oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
