Ingredients

3 cups sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter (unsalted)
1 small can (5 ounce) evaporated milk
1 jar (13 ounce) Ferrero Nutella (Hazelnut Spread with Skim Milk & Cocoa)
1 jar (7 ounce) Kraft marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup hazelnuts, halves (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to full roaring boil in three quart heavy sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly!   Boil on medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F. about 4 minutes, stirring constantly!  Remove from heat.

  2. Stir in Nutella and  marshmallow cream until smooth and consistent in texture and appearance.

  3. Add vanilla and hazelnut's until well blended!

  4. Spread into 9x13 foil lined pan.

  5. Cool at room temperature at least 4 hours.

  6. Cut into squares.

  7. Store in air tight container!
