2 pounds salmon filets
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
chopped pistachio nuts, if desired.
Cranberry Pistachio Sauce


  1. Make Cranberry Pistachio Sauce. Keep warm.

  2. Set oven control to broil.

  3. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.

  4. Place fish, skin down, on rack in broiler pan.

  5. Mix lime juice, butter, and salt: pour over fish.

  6. Broil with fish about 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  7. Top fish with sauce.

  8. Sprinkle with nuts.
