Ingredients

2 cups cold milk
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
1 cup light whipped topping, divided
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix 2 tablespoons milk and peanut butter until smooth.

  2. Fold in 3/4 cup whipped topping and set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl beat pudding mix and remaining milk until blended, about 2 minutes.

  4. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  5. Spoon half of the pudding into six parfait glasses or bowls and top with peanut butter mixture and remaining pudding.

  6. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
