This recipe can be easily doubled and tripled, but you might need to remove just a little of the bacon drippings if you triple.

Ingredients
1 box frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 cup heavy cream
4 strips bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Chop bacon and brown with onion.
Add flour and cream, stirring constantly until it thickens and is smooth.
Add seasonings and mushrooms. Add peas.
