6 large potatoes
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Peel potatoes and cube.

  3. Melt margarine in a 13 x 9" baking dish.

  4. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.

  5. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in the bag.

  6. Bake for 1 hour, turning once during baking.

  7. Remove from oven when golden brown.
