This recipe is simple, easy, and extremely delicious. I've made it on multiple occasions and always gotten great reviews. I prefer to use butter in the recipe, it smells simply divine when it's baking. Notable alterations that gave interesting results: 1) One time I forgot the milk, but it still disappeared. I was told that it was like corn brownies. 2) I was out of Jiffy corn muffin mix, but had some Betty Crocker corn muffin mix. I just had to calculate the correct measurements and it was as good if not better than using the Jiffy. (6.5 oz./184g vs. 8.5 oz/240g).
