Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) stick cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 1/2 cups plus 1 tablespoon flour, sifted
1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix butter with cheese and seasonings.
Add flour and form into dough.
If available, use cookie press with ridged line opening otherwise, roll out and score with fork.
Cut into straws and bake on greased cookie sheet for 25 minutes.

Delicious!! I used Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese. They taste just like Cheese-Its. I will definitely make these again. Very Tasty!!
