Ingredients
3/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
2 egg whites
Directions
Beat the egg whites.
Cook the honey and vinegar to soft ball stage, 238 to 250 degrees F.
Pour the honey in a thin stream over egg whites, while beating.
Continue beating until the icing stands in soft peaks.
This icing is good to decorate Gingerbread houses and cookies.
It stays soft, so is good for eating, too.
