Ingredients

12 pieces of chicken breast strips (not entire breast)
4 medium sized potatoes, sliced (skins left on by choice)
4 medium onions, peeled and sliced
1 cup water
3 tablespoons oil
paprika

Directions

  1. Place four chicken strips in the bottom of the Crockpot. Sprinkle with paprika.

  2. Cover chicken with a layer of potatoes and cover the potatoes with layer of onions.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Then sprinkle generously with Paprika.

  4. Repeat until you have three complete layers.

  5. Pour cup of water into Crockpot (down sides so not to wash off the Paprika).

  6. Cook on high temperature 6-8 hours.

Note: You can use different vegetables if you would like. Carrot slices work well.

I used green beans and shredded carrots along with red creamer potato's and onion. DY-NO-MITE !!! Great flavor. Just amazingly good. It finished cooking at 11:00 PM, I had eaten two bowls full by 11:30 PM. You will love this and it is so easy to make and so easy to change to whatever you want. Next time I use green peppers also. Maybe some brocolli too.
