This soup came all the way from Lebanon! It is delicious, healthy, and you can put it in your lunch box! It's good if you are sick, cold or hungry! This is the soup that you will love!

2 chicken or vegetable stocks
1 cup macaroni
4 cups water
1 can chickpeas


  1. Empty the can of chickpeas in a bowl and wash it with mineral water.

  2. Put 4 cups of water into a soup pot and 2 stock of chicken or vegetable stocks.

  3. Mix and let them boil. When they start boiling put 1 cup of macaroni and the chickpeas. Mix. Let them cook for 20 minutes or until the macaroni is done.

  4. Enjoy this delicious soup which is great for anything! You can eat it in each of the 4 seasons.
