Mario’s grandmother had taught him this recipe, and he passed it down to me. This recipe is so easy you can teach your 2-year-old how to make it.

1 to 1 1/2 8-oz packages of cream cheese at room temperature
1 tsp of vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker crust


  1. Mix together the cream cheese, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk in a mixer until all the cream cheese is lump free. You can add however much cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk as you like for your own thickness.

  2. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and leave the lid off. Put it in the freezer or fridge for an hour or until set.

  3. Keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.

  4. OPTIONS: Half ice cream (any flavor) and half mixture also great you can add to this recipe. Let your mind wander when you add to this recipe… cookies, nuts, candies, etc. Whatever you like!
