Amaliat says:
After making and tasting the cheesecake mix I had high hopes that this dessert would be fantastic and, boy, was I let down when I took it out of the fridge! It still had a gooey texture--not at all firm like you would expect a cheesecake to be. Apparently, the recipe was poorly written. It contains no directions in regard to baking but I think it needs to be for at least 15 minutes. The cheesecake batter itself has potential but has a little too much lemon juice IMHO. I'll try it again sometime in the future and report back. Hopefully, it will live up to its name!
