Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Melt butter and paint muffin pan with butter.
Combine eggs, milk and remaining butter, mix well. Add flour, salt and mix.
Fill muffin cups half way up.
Bake 30 minutes.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN WHILE BAKING!
