Ingredients
1 bag fresh cranberries
1 can crushed pineapples
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tub Cool Whip
1 small bag pecan pieces
Directions
Wash and sort cranberries.
Place small amounts in blender and grind.
Place in a bowl.
Add sugar.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 3 hours.
Drain all juice.
Drain juice from pineapple. Add pineapple and remaining ingredients.
Chill for 1 hour.

This cranberry salad is very good. I made it for the first time last year at Thanksgiving. I'm making it again this year. It will be a staple of our holiday table from now on.
