Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ripe bananas, mashed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease 2 small loaf pans.
Cream wet ingredients: add dry ingredients, then bananas
Bake 35-40 minutes.

These are great, I changed the recipe a little bit I put 3 bananas, and made cupcakes, and put cream cheese icing on them!!

Yum! The bread is not too sweet and is very good. I added an extra banana and omitted the nuts.
