Ingredients

2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons white corn syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 to 1/2 cup rum (to taste)
powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, corn syrup and sugar and mix well.

  2. Add nuts and rum and mix well.

  3. Shape into bite-size balls and roll in confectioners sugar.

Very easy and good. Don't recommend giving to children due to alcohol.
