Ingredients

2 pounds white chocolate chips
8 to 10 candy canes (smashed) use strainer to get bigger pieces out

Directions

  1. Cover a cookie sheet with plastic wrap.

  2. Melt white chocolate in microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds.

  3. Mix in big pieces of smashed candy canes, pour onto cookie sheet.

  4. Spread evenly and sprinkle on small candy cane pieces.

  5. Cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.

  6. Break into chunks.

I made this last year for Christmas eve and it was a hit, super delicious, and very easy to make. I used milk chocolate on the bottom, and white chocolate on top. Definitely making this again this year!
