Nut Mallow Goodies

Contains nuts, Gluten‑free, Good for parties/potlucks, Kid friendly
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup salted peanuts
Line an 8 inch baking pan with foil.
Combine the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler.
Place over hot (slow boiling) water until morsels have melted, stirring constantly to keep from it scorching. When blended, remove from heat, add marshmallows, and nuts. Mix well.
Spread in prepared pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut into 1 inch squares.
This super easy never fail recipe is a family tradition. My mother made this recipe every year for Christmas back in the 70's. My Husband loves it. We are in the middle of moving and all my recipes are packed away and so I was very grateful to find it so quickly on your site. Thank you!
