Ingredients
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1/4 cup instant coffee
2 teaspoons hot water
3 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
6 tablespoons Irish whiskey
6 tablspoons Kailua shaved chocolate (garnish)
Directions
Dissolve coffee in hot water.
Combine all ingredients except garnish and beat at medium speed until mixture forms peaks.
Pour all but 3/4 cups into crust, spreading evenly.
Spoon remaining filling into pastry bag to decorate with rosettes.
Garnish with saved chocolate.
Chill thoroughly for at least 4 hours.
Serve chilled.
