3 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
2 cups pumpkin
2/3 cups water
4 eggs
3 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease and flour 2 9x5 loaf pans.

  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  4. Dived batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.

  5. Bake for 1 hour.

Excellent bread and easy to mix up. I used pumpkin pie spice in place of the cinnamon.
