Ingredients
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
Directions
Line an 8 inch foil pan, set aside.
Mix together the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a boil, and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Continue stirring until the marshmallows are completely melted.
Pour the mixture into prepared pan and allow it to cool for several minutes.
Sprinkle the crushed peppermint onto the top and press the candy into the fudge lightly so the red and white still shows. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut into squares.

Great recipe. I have made it numerous times. The only problem I see is that the instructions say to add the sugar, milk etc but there is no listing for sugar in the ingredients list. I usually use sweetened condensed milk in place of the evap milk and sugar.
