Ingredients
4 to 5 large apples
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup butter
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel apples, slice, place in pie tin.
Mix the cinnamon and 1 T sugar, sprinkle over apples.
Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, and melted butter and the egg together.
Pour this over the apples.
Bake for 45 minutes.
