Ingredients
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 or 5 apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup flour
1 egg
pinch of salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slightly grease pie plate.
Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples and tossing to coat.
Put into pie plate and set aside.
In a bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, egg, salt, butter and nuts.
Mix well and pour over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

This is easy to make and is delicious! I took it to a friend's house for dessert and it was gone within minutes. Everyone loved it! I had to bake it an extra 20 minutes for the top to become golden brown, but it was well worth the wait!
