Ingredients

3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 can pumpkin
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoons nutmeg
3/4 teaspoons allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease muffin tins or line with paper liners.

  3. Mix sugar, eggs, and oil; add pumpkin.

  4. Mix in flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.

  5. Spoon into prepared muffin tins.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 275 degrees and continue baking for another 30 minutes or until done.
