Ingredients
4 graham cracker pie crusts
1 can mango pulp (basically 3 cups mango pulp)
3 packages unflavored gelatin (preferable Knox brand)
3 cups sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
3 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, and gelatin mixture.
Fold in sour cream and blend.
Add mango pulp and stir, pour mixture into pie crust and refrigerate (do not freeze) for 3-4 hours. Slice and serve.
Note: you can use half of everything and make 2 pies.
