Ingredients
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix flour , sugar, salt, and butter with a pie blender and pat in a 7"x11" or 8"x8" pan.
Peel and slice apples, add sugar and cinnamon. place in pie crust.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and butter with a pastry blender. Sprinkle over apple mixture, in pie crust. Bake for 45 to 50 Minutes.

Delicious! Very easy to make (even doing the pastry and strudel by hand) and really yummy!
