Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 can (10 3/4-ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard, and garlic.
Dredge (coat) chops in flour mix.
In a skillet with olive oil brown chops on both sides.
Place in a slow cooker.
Combine soup and water, pour over chops.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meat is tender.
If you wish to, thicken pan juices and serve over chops.
