Ingredients
3 cups flour
2/3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 cups raisins
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 10 inch cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
Place raisins in a bowl and cover with water, set aside.
Sift all dry ingredients together than add all liquids and mix well.
Squeeze the water out of the raisins and stir in mixture.
Place prepared skillet.
Bake for 1 hour.
