Ingredients
1/2 box strawberries
1/2 box blueberries
1/2 box blackberries
1/2 box raspberries
1 box Jell-O cheesecake mix, plus ingredients to prepare
1 roll sugar cookie dough
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Press cookie dough lightly into 12 cupcake tins. (Make sure not to press it too much or it will burn.)
Bake for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool at least 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, follow the directions on the back of the cheesecake mix.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture evenly over each tart.
Top with fruit.
Refrigerate tarts for ten minutes or more.
