This is a great one for kids that love corn, like my son! It's always a side dish for our holidays.

This should go in a 9x13" pan. I wasn't sure what pan to put it in when I was cooking it, so I put it in a 9x9" pan. It took twice as long to cook than the recipe states. So, for that reason, I say it needs to go in a larger pan. There were also craters of butter in the casserole when it was finally done. I love butter as much as the next person, but this was a little too much butter for me. A half-stick of butter is probably plenty. Aside from the slight problem with the pan size and butter shock, this was very delish! My husband loved it, so it's a winner in my book. :)
