Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon corn meal
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Marie Callender's pie crust (is best!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine everything into one large bowl.
Beat well, then pour into pastry shell.
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
Check on pie until completely done.
