Ingredients
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter (softened)
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Crust:
In large bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1 cup softened butter, salt and 1 cup flour, blend well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove and roll into 12 equal size balls and place and press into muffin pan.
Filling:
In large bowl, mix together eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter, sugar, dark syrup, 1 tablespoon flour and pecans, mix well.
Spoon mixture into muffin pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
