Ingredients
1 bottle barbeque sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons liquid smoke
3-4 tablespoons molasses (more or less, to a desired sweetness)
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple chunks (undrained)
4 - 4 1/2 pounds boneless pork ribs (country style)
Directions
Preheat oven to 410 degrees.
Trim off the fat of boneless country style pork ribs.
Arrange in a large shallow baking dish. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour evenly over the ribs and cover.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
The longer the ribs and sauce are cooked, the more tender the meat and thicker they sauce will become. Serve over cooked rice.
