Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons milk
1 scant tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in 1 quart glass measuring cup.
Microwave on high 1 minute.
Stir down sides of cup and microwave 40 seconds more.
Add butter and vanilla. Beat until thick.
Let set up and cut into squares or eat warm right out of the bowl.

Wonderful just right for one. Reminds me of fudge the babysitter made for us when I was young if we were good. Only she had to cook it not microwave. Love this site.

I was expecting it to set up like Fantasy Fudge, but instead I got an ice cream topping consistency. Thus the 3 star rating. But for ice cream it's perfect! I even added creamy pb & it's wonderful!
