Ingredients
Pancake mix
Cherry pie filling
Cream cheese
Icing sugar
Directions
First, you want to start by mixing up your pancake batter and adding 2 pancakes to your grill.
After the first side of your pancakes are golden brown, flip them.
Spread one layer of cream cheese on each pancake, and drizzle cherry pie filling on one side.
When both pancakes are fully cooked you can place together like a sandwich.
Transfer to a plate, garnish with icing sugar and enjoy.
