Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can diced green chilies, drained
1 small chopped onion
8 ounces Italian salad dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with chips and enjoy.

Yum! This is very delicious. It makes an excellent dip for parties year round. It made about 6 cups, so there's a lot to share.
