Ingredients
Grapes
Yogurt
Banana
Carrots
Strawberries
Ice cubes
Directions
Add about 15 grapes to your blender, then add about 10 small carrot sticks.
Add about a cup of yogurt. It doesn't matter what kind of yogurt you use; just pick your favorite.
Add a banana and about 5 strawberries. You can leave the green top of the strawberry on if you like.
Blend until smooth.
