Ingredients
1/4 pound American cheese
2 Tablespoon butter
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1-1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
6 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions
Sliver cheese and spread evenly over bottom of shallow buttered 9"x9" baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Mix half and half, salt, pepper, and mustard together and pour half of this mixture over cheese.
Pour in eggs and drizzle with remaining half and half mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 35-40 minutes.
May add chopped ham, cooked bacon crumbles, or cooked crumbled sausage to slightly beaten eggs.
