Ingredients
7 ounces uncooked spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 can (16 ounce) diced tomatoes with liquid
1 can (6 ounce) tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Grease a 10 inch pie plate.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain.
Combine hot spaghetti, butter, parmesan cheese and eggs in a large bowl.
Place in prepared pie plate.
Using your fingers, form a crust.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until beef is browned an onion is tender, drain.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Heat through.
Pour meat mixture over cottage cheese layer.
Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes or until set.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

This recipe is great, but takes a while to prep. The "crust" is AMAZING!
