Ingredients
2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons white corn syrup
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 to 1/2 cup rum (to taste)
powdered sugar
Directions
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, corn syrup and sugar and mix well.
Add nuts and rum and mix well.
Shape into bite-size balls and roll in confectioners sugar.
