Ingredients
1 1/3 cups butter or margarine
6 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 can (15 ounce) evaporated milk
2 large packages white chocolate chips
1 large jar marshmallow creme
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Butter 2 13x5 baking pans, set aside.
In a large (at least 5 quart) pan, melt butter.
Add brown sugar and evaporated milk. Stir, bring to a rolling boil over medium heat.
Allow mixture to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid scorching, (a wooden spoon works best).
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and white chocolate chips until the chips are melted.
Add the jar of marshmallow creme and stir until mixture is smooth.
Pour into prepared pans and let cool until fudge hardens.
