Ingredients
50g porridge oats
50g self-rising flour
75g milk chocolate chips
25g brown sugar
1 egg
a pinch cocoa powder
50g soft margarine
Directions
Set the oven at gas mark 5 or 180c.
Grease a baking tray.
Put the porridge oats, self rising flour, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, brown sugar, margarine, and egg into a bowl.
Use a wooden spoon to beat them together.
Make the mixture into small cookie shapes.
Bake for about 15 minutes until they are brown and firm to the touch.
Carefully take the cookie off of the tray onto a cooling rack and leave to cool.
