Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
confectioner's sugar
Filling:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine cream cheese and butter, add flour and mix well.
Chill.
Divide dough into quarters, divide each quarter into 12 balls.
Press ball on bottom and sides of miniature muffin pans.
Combine eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in nuts.
Spoon into pastry shells filling each cup 3/4 of the way.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
